Terms of Use

By creating an account or using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. The Services

HAWK provides software that automates actions in delivery-platform accounts that belong to you, following the filters you set. HAWK is an independent company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by VROMO, DeliverThat, Veho, Roadie, Zifty, Amazon or any other platform.

2. Your authorization

You confirm that each delivery-platform account you connect belongs to you and that you are allowed to use it. You authorize HAWK to access that account and to act on your behalf, only as needed to run the Services and only according to the filters and settings you choose. Every offer accepted through the Services is accepted by you, through your account. You can revoke this authorization at any time by disconnecting the account or turning the system off.

3. Use at your own risk

You use the Services at your own risk and under your own responsibility. You are solely responsible for your delivery-platform accounts and for complying with each platform's terms, rules and applicable laws. Platforms may limit, suspend or deactivate accounts, change their apps, or stop offers at any time; HAWK is not responsible for any such action or its consequences.

4. No guarantees

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any number of offers, acceptances, earnings, or uninterrupted operation.

5. Changes to the Services

Delivery platforms change their apps and rules often. We may change, pause or discontinue any feature, platform or Service at any time, including when a platform change stops it from working. Such changes do not entitle you to a refund or compensation, except where required by law.

6. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

Each Service is a separate subscription. The price and billing period (for example, weekly) are shown before you subscribe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period and your payment method is charged the current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the app or by writing to support@hawkbot.app; access continues until the end of the period already paid, and no further charges are made. Free trials are limited to one per person and per delivery account; we notify you before a trial ends. Refunds: you may request a full refund of your first charge for a Service within 24 hours of that charge, as long as the system has not accepted any offer on your account during that paid period. Write to support@hawkbot.app. After 24 hours, or once any offer has been accepted, fees already paid are non-refundable, except where required by law. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

7. Referral program

When offered, referral rewards are extra days of access, have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We may change or end the program at any time, and we may remove rewards obtained through fraud, fake accounts or self-referrals.

8. Acceptable use

Do not share your HAWK account, resell the Services, attempt to reverse engineer or overload our systems, or use the Services for anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HAWK will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost earnings or deactivated accounts, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold HAWK harmless from claims arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms or of any platform's terms.

11. Changes and law

We may update these Terms and will post the new date here. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA. Contact: support@hawkbot.app.
